Mea Culpa
That's Latin for my sin. I haven't been blogging at all lately. Thing is I get lots of email from children and it always seems like a lot more work to go and look at the blogs as well. If you're really keen for me to answer a question you have it's always best to send me an email on pbk@pbkerr.com. I really do answer all of those. But as a blogger I must confess I've been pretty hopeless. But look here, guys. I've written a whole book this year and it's not even the beginning of August. I guess I don't really have a lot to tell you about myself. That's a writer's life, really. Most of the interesting stuff is happening in your head. So it's not like there's much to put in a blog. I haven't been travelling very much, unless you count lots of trips to Cornwall. I was ill for a while. I got this funny thing with my ear. And then my elbow swelled up like a ping-pong ball. Bursitis. Old man stuff. You wouldn't want to know. My kids drive me crazy. My eldest is a real PITA. We've been having a heatwave in England so I've been lying in the garden a lot. My third book is out in England but not yet in the States. Don't ask me why that should be so. I'm just the writer. I've got a new novel for adults out in September, but I don't want to tell you about that. This site is for kids.
